Project: Segway "Simply Moving" New product line launch. Objective: To generate excitement and sales for new line of Personal Transporters Action: 3 video programs were distributed in High Definition, and Standard Def. for video news release broadcast delivery, DVD to retailers, and encoded for streaming delivery on web site. Result: Video credited as a key component to successful
product launch.



Project: Segway "Simply Moving" Engineers Insights.
Objective: To give Segway enthusisasts a more technical behind the scenes look at how the new PT's were engineered to improve upon the original. Action: Shot High Definition video interviews with key engineers to showcase their genius and enthusiasm for the challenge of improving the next generation of Segways.
Result: Video credited as a key component to successful product launch.




Project: The Timberland Company, "Outdoor Performance" Sales Image Piece. Objective: To generate enthusiasm with European wholesale and retail buyers of Timberland for new more athletic, aggressive line of footwear. Action: Video vignette was one of three for three different niche lines presented at National Association of Wholesalers Conference. Result: Timberland gained better than expected penetration with wholesalers for new Outdoor Performance line immediately following event. Project: Woolrich, "Your Life is Now" Brand Refinement Campaign.
Objective: A brand "manifesto" video to reinvigorate a trusted traditional brand with more energy and a more current look and feel. Action: Worked on a tight timeline with *very* minimal resources available from client including sitll from an advertising shoot Result: Overwhelming positive response from audiences. Client has investigated transforming manifesto video concept into national advertising campaign.



Project: Hewlett Packard, "HP SONOS Intra vascular Imaging System" Sales Program.
Objective: To generate sales for this system by concisely and visually demonstrating key.
Action: Video was mailed to key medical contacts and modules used as part of on-site ales presentations. Result: Video credited as key component to successful product role-out.




Project: "Goss Corporation: New Employee Orientation". Objective: To increase new employee awareness of Goss and their role within the company while decreasing orientation time.
Action: Created concise video where company department heads provide new hire with virtual tour of Heidelberg. Result: Implemented as part of Goss orientation effort. Results being tracked.



Project: National Risk Management Forum, "Winning".
Objective: Kick-off video for National Risk Management Forum. Energize audience using a dynamic metaphor to give their mission"life" and lift risk management off "the spreadsheet". Action: Created visual metaphor of Extreme sports enthusiasts who seem to engage in very risky activities, but are often the most diligent at identifying and minimizing risk factors. Result: Client enthusiastically adopted concept for entire Forum and reflected theme in all collateral and presentation materials.

 


Project: Timberland International "Segmentation". Objective: Interpret concept of consumer segmenation to country sales managers in 5 European countries. Action: Traveled to 5 countries in 8 days. Interviewed actual consumers "man on the street" style with country managers demonstrating each fashion category. Result: DVD and CD video with accompanying sell sheets became staple training and orientation tools throughout International market. A sample of interviews can be viewed here.
